Over the years, we’ve come up with the formula that helps us decide who to hire for what job. Only in the right job do people succeed over the long term. Putting good employees into companies that need them is our primary mission. We hire and employ people on behalf of small companies within a 20 mile radius of Bristol, usually for the first 4 to 6 months of their employment, after which time they usually become the employees of those companies.

2) CAREER COUNSELING/JOB SEARCH STRATEGIES
Whether you have lost your job or you want to change careers, there are several issues that need to be addressed. These issues may be understood in the form of questions: What do I know how to do? What can I do? What do I want? How do I go about getting it? What am I willing to give up to get it? And so on.
Our approach to career counseling and to job searches is based on three related steps: 1) Evaluation and Analysis, to answer the question, “Where are you now?” 2) Goal identification, to answer the question, “Where are you trying to get to?” and 3) Resources, to answer the question, “How do you get from here to there?” This service also includes resume production and job search strategy development. Charges for this service are hourly and will be formulated on a sliding scale according to your circumstances.
